OUR STORY
When Jill Rhodes took ownership of Centreville, she wasn't just purchasing a restaurant—she was becoming part of a community. After nearly a decade in restaurant management, she saw an opportunity to build something of her own while preserving a place that meant so much to the people of Woodfin.
With guidance from longtime owner Marco Lacagnina, Jill learned not only the recipes and traditions that made Centreville special, but also the importance of the relationships built around its tables. She proudly kept the favorites guests had come to love, from the legendary cheeseburger and hand-cut fries to the classic Reuben and Philly cheesesteak.
Since taking the reins, Jill has added breakfast service, homemade soups, and expanded hours while staying true to the welcoming spirit that defines Centreville. Today, she's honored to continue a tradition built on great food, familiar faces, and a genuine connection to the community.
